Ex-ante Operational Programme Evaluation
The ex ante evaluation constitutes the platform on which to draw up Plans, build Interventions and make Complementing Programming and then, it is included in all the above.
The ex ante evaluation falls under the responsibility of competent authorities. The latter draw up plans, make decisions on interventions and put forward complementary programming (EU Regulation 1260/99, no 41). Operational Programme Mid-term Review
The mid-term review, taking into account the ex ante evaluation, examines the first results deriving from the interventions, their accuracy and verifies whether the goals are met. It also produces a forecast on the use of appropriations and on the follow-up and implementation developments.
The mid-term review will be updated by December 31st, 2005. |
